A single cask Miltonhaugh 1966 28-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in the mid-1990s by indie bottlers The Whisky Connoisseur at full cask strength without colouring or chill filtration. 

Miltonhaugh was The Whisky Connoisseur's pseudonym for Balmenach - then, as now, a particularly obscure Speyside dram - but this stunning whisky is one of The Whisky Connoisseur's most famous bottlings and has little if any competition for the best Balmenach ever bottled.

This 28-year-old Miltonhaugh (Balmenach) 1966 came from single cask 3154, which was bottled in 1994 or 1995 at a logic-defying natural cask strength of 63.5%, also listed as 111.1 UK Imperial proof on the label.
