A single cask Caol Ila 1974 19-year-old Islay single malt whisky released in 1993 or 1994 by mail order independent whisky bottlers Direct Wines for their First Cask series.

This 19-year-old Caol Ila 1974 came from single cask 12498 bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 46%. These 1974 Caol Ilas are fantastic whiskies and were deservedly popular, with First Cask releasing no fewer than eight of these sister casks as 19-year-olds in 1993/4 and a further five as 23-year-olds in 1998.
