Tomatin introduced their 30-year-old small batch bottling in 2018, so this now is the fourth annual batch of this excellent Highland malt, a testament to the outstanding work done at one of Scotland's most underrated distilleries. Just 3000 bottles of Tomatin 30-year-old Batch 4 have been released, at a strength of 46%.

For this 30-year-old Tomatin, all the casks are either ex-bourbon or 'traditional' oak, which generally means second or third refill - perfect for an old whisky where one still wants to taste the distillery character at the same time as allowing the tertiary ageing qualities to come through.
