A rare 1983 Teaninich 35-year-old bottled in 2018 by Signatory Vintage as part of an extraordinary collection of releases celebrating the company's 30th Anniversary. 

This Teaninich was distilled in 1983, aged for 35 years in a single refill sherry butt cask #8070 and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration, yielding 575 bottles at its impressive natural cask strength of 57.5%.

Signatory's 30th anniversary bottlings are presented in a luxury black lacquer box with a pair of Signatory Vintage branded Glencairn glasses.

Colour: Vibrant Gold

Nose: Malty, mentholated and ever so slightly smoky. Allowed to breathe you then get juicy pears, vanilla and aromatic plants that bring freshness.

Palate: Powerful and fruity with peat and saline and a hint of spice.

Finish: Elegant, rich and naturally malty. The peat smoke vanishes and the fruit becomes exotic.
