An old bottle of Talisker 30-year-old Island single malt whisky bottled back in 2011 for Diageo's Special Releases.

Taliskers from the past were often wild, savage drams, but three decades of ageing and a sensible drinking strength of 45.8% have tamed this particular Special Release Talisker 30-year-old into a gentle and elegant islander, with red fruits unveiling behind the smoky phenols on the palate.
