Nose: Caramelised Demerara sugar over roasted orchid fruits and apricot jam. Mixed peel and a hint of white pepper add a crisp contrast

Palate: A perfect balance of toasted oak spices, crisp citrus, rich yellow plums and rum-soaked raisins with a beautiful cracked barley background.
