An old edition of Springbank 18-year-old, which was relaunched in 2009 after a hiatus that had lasted from the mid-1980s. This bottling is from 2012.

As ever with Springbank individual batch sizes are small and do vary in character - some of the early batches of this whisky are pretty dark, hinting at strong sherry influence, while others are a medium-gold colour and probably have fewer sherry casks in the assemblage. However, while Springbank 18-year-old may vary stylistically the quality is always high - if you're a Springbank fan you're going to love it.
