Quite the find here, a rare Hart Brothers Finest Collection bottling of sherried Port Ellen 14-year-old from the 1983 vintage, the distillery's final year of production (although thankfully that will soon no longer be the case).

It's always a treat to encounter a young Port Ellen nowadays, and the fact that this was bottled from a sherry cask makes it all the more exciting. This 14-year-old Port Ellen 1983 was bottled in the late 1990s at an easy-drinking 43%.
