A single cask Port Ellen 1982 30-year-old Islay single malt whisky bottled at cask strength in 2013 without colouring or chill filtration by Hunter Laing for their Old & Rare Platinum Selection. 

This 30-year-old Port Ellen 1982 came from a single refill sherry butt cask that yielded a scanty 120 bottles at its impressive natural cask strength of 54.1%. This was one of the earliest Hunter Laing Port Ellen bottlings, released the same year the company was founded after the split from Douglas Laing, and it's a particularly brilliant example.
