Another 'mystery' Orkney single malt, this time distilled in 2005 and bottled as a 17-year-old without colouring or chill filtration in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

For anyone worried they might be accidentally be buying a Scapa, Signatory have helpfully labelled this one as Orkney 17-year-old (HP), with the other pertinent details including the important fact that this 2005 Orkney Malt matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt and yielded 612 bottles at its natural cask strength of 55.3%. These incognito Highland Parks tend to sell rather swiftly, so please be quick if you want a bottle.
