A bottle of the old Macallan 12-year-old Fine Oak Speyside single malt whisky released back in the day by Macallan for their Fine Oak range.

Macallan Fine Oak was a series of Triple Cask Matured Macallan single malts that initially attracted plenty of controversy when the first bottles appeared in 2004, as these were the first official Macallan whiskies to use some bourbon cask matured Macallan instead of being exclusively matured in sherry casks.

The Fine Oak range has been phased out gradually over the years, but the 12-year-old edition survived longest as one of the most popular in the range - at the time of writing in 2024, the Macallan Fine Oak 12-year-old is the only recurring Fine Oak bottling since 2021.
