This 30-year-old Linkwood 1995 was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 4, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead cask that turned out a total of 345 bottles at an ideal-sounding natural cask strength of 50.9%. Linkwood can withstand very long ageing in fresh sherry casks and this will doubtless be a belter.
