Nose: Almonds, toasted oak and vanilla cheesecake. Danish pastries and tree sap.
Palate: Lots going on here. Aniseed balls, Braeburn apples and crushed digestive biscuits. Tropical notes - vanilla, coconut and Demerara syrup. A hint of rum and raisin fudge. Woody, with well-defined sweet spicy notes.
