This 33-year-old Imperial 1989 was drawn from single cask 2069, a bourbon barrel that turned out just 107 bottles at a natural cask strength of 51.3%. This cask was filled in December 1989 soon after then new owners Allied had taken the distillery back into production - sadly this was to prove a short-lived revival, and the Imperial distillery closed for the final time in 1998.
