A fabulous old Highland Park 18-year-old Island single malt whisky. This dumpy, slope-shouldered version was one of Scotland’s finest whiskies of its day when it was released in the 1990s.

These old Highland Park 18-year-olds would have contained whisky distilled around the mid-1970s and used a generous proportion of sherry-matured malt. A superlative Highland Park that is widely considered the best 18-year-old whisky the distillery ever bottled and well worthy of the famous Michael Jackson quote of the day: “Highland Park is the greatest all-rounder in the world of malt whisky”.
