This 1968 Glengoyne was bottled from Cask 4615, a single sherry cask that yielded 168 bottles at its tantalising natural cask strength of 53.1%. Glengoyne had several brilliant casks from the 1968 vintage that were released from the early 1990s onwards, with the last of the casks going into the superlative Glengoyne 40-year-old released in 2009.
