A special limited edition 16-year-old version of Glenfarclas 105 bottled in 2023.  Glenfarclas were early pioneers of high strength official bottlings; the 105 in this whisky's name refers to 105 UK Imperial Proof, equivalent to an alcoholic strength of 60%.

This Glenfarclas 105 16-year-old matured in sherry casks like all the best Glenfarclas, and was a limited edition of 5280 bottles at a mighty strength of 60%. It's great to see a Glenfarclas 105 with an age statement, particularly at this sort of age, which is around double what the standard 105 editions get -  let's hope this is a regular thing, because even for a limited edition this looks like pretty great value.

chocolate that leaves you wanting more.
