A bottle of the old Glendronach Traditional 12-year-old from the 1990s. This is the version matured in sherry casks and 'seasoned oak' aka refill casks.

These old Glendronach 12-year-olds were always very good whiskies, although the distillery was yet to receive the recognition and status it later achieved under Billy Walker. These are proper old style drams with a wonderful balance between sherry and distillery character.
