A single cask Edradour 1995 30-year-old Highland single malt whisky released by the distillery as part of a series of single casks bottled in Edradour’s famous Ibisco decanters to celebrate the distillery’s 200th Anniversary in 2025.

This 200th Anniversary 30-year-old Edradour 1995 was bottled from single cask 2110, a second fill hogshead cask that previously held the classic Chateauneuf du Pape red wine, and was a release of just 129 bottles at a study 55.1% strength. Signatory/Edradour have mastered the tricky art of maturing whisky in wine casks, perhaps better than anyone else, so this should be a peach.
