Edradour 10 Year Old 1990s
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 40%
A nice old bottle of Edradour 10-year-old Highland single malt whisky. This bottling was from the 1990s and was the only official Edradour release for several years before Signatory Vintage bought the distillery from Pernod Ricard in 2002.
Back in the 1990s Edradour’s distillations were notoriously inconsistent, batches were small and cask selection was occasionally a bit lackadaisical, so the quality was up and down for these bottlings. There are a few dud batches out there, but the best of these Edradour 10-year-old bottlings show a delightful sweet biscuity, fruity Highlander with nice touches of wax and spices.
