A single cask 23-year-old Dallas Dhu single malt scotch whisky bottled by Signatory Vintage without colouring. It was filled on the 21st February 1978 into cask number 346, which was a refill sherry butt. It was subsequently bottled over 23 years later on 28th January 2002.

Dallas Dhu is a historic mothballed Speyside distillery near Forres, Scotland, built in 1898 and renowned as a "time capsule" of Victorian whisky production. After closing in 1983, it operated as a museum, but is currently being revived by Aceo Limited (AKA Murray McDavid) to produce whisky again while retaining its heritage, featuring a iconic pagoda roof designed by Charles Doig.
