Cotswolds Founder's Choice Small Batch Release, a cask strength English single malt whisky bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its natural cask strength of 60.5% by the eponymous Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton, Warwickshire.

Cotswolds Founder's Choice is an edition of 2500 bottles matured entirely in a small batch of founder Dan Szor's favourite casks - the STR (Shaved, Toasted, Recharred) American oak red wine casks created by the late Dr Jim Swan, whose input as a consultant was crucial to the success of the Cotswolds distillery venture.
