An old bottle of small batch Convalmore 1977 36-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2013 as part of owner Diageo's Special Releases. This was the second of three acclaimed long-aged Convalmore Special Releases, and remains the oldest official bottling from the distillery.

This 36-year-old Convalmore 1977 matured in a small batch of refill European oak casks that was bottled without colouring or chill filtration, yielding a total of 2680 at its natural cask strength of 58%, which is remarkably potent for a whisky of this age. A truly magnificent Convalmore that really put the distillery on the map and belatedly kicked off a renewed surge of interest in all things Convalmore.
