A single cask Caol Ila 2007 15-year-old Islay single malt whisky released in early 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection after bottling without colouring or chill filtration. 

We don't know what kind of cask this 2007 Caol Ila 15-year-old started its life in, but it spent the last two years of maturation finishing in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that's clearly had a significant impact, judging by the lovely (natural) deep chestnut colour on this dram.

The butt yielded 204 bottles at a potent but approachable 53.7% natural cask strength, and we're expecting a bit of a rush for this one.
