This 15-year-old Breath of Speyside 2009 came from a single first fill Oloroso sherry cask that yielded 677 bottles at a mighty 58.1% cask strength. We’ve got no further info on this one but if we had to guess we might go with Glenrothes due to their higher filling strength. At any rate, Adelphi’s ‘Breath of…’ series of mystery malts haven’t let us down yet and this will no doubt be another treat.
