This 30-year-old Benrinnes 1995 was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 101, and was finished in a second fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead cask before yielding a total of 345 bottles at a tantalisingly nigh-perfect natural cask strength of 49.1%. Benrinnes is terrific from sherry casks once it’s had a bit of time to stretch its legs - this should be fantastic sherried Speyside single malt.
