This 15-year-old Ben Nevis 1998 matured in single cask 587, a single sherry butt that yielded 629 bottles at its extremely potent natural cask strength of 58%. This is a big, sherry-driven, spicy and full-bodied dram, very classically Highlands in style and showing lots of Ben Nevis's usual playful distillery character. An excellent and hugely entertaining heavyweight whisky.
