An old bottling of Auchentoshan 10-year-old from around the turn of the millennium, when Auchentoshan was one of only two surviving Lowland distilleries before the re-opening of Bladnoch and the subsequent advent of Daftmill and the rest of the new wave Lowlanders.

Prior to the introduction of Auchentoshan Select, this 10-year-old Auchentoshan was the distillery's entry-level bottling, and a fine dram it was - a gentle, soft-cornered whisky perfect as an aperitif dram, and ideal for sipping your way through an idle evening with a film or a good book.
