Matured in a hogshead with an outturn of just 94 bottles at 43.5%. This is one of the oldest Ardbegs ever bottled and at this age all the medicine, peat oils and tarry notes are here in abundance but far more subdued, elegant and complex with soft notes of wood spice and sea air throughout. A brilliant, if very rare, Ardbeg.
