An old litre bottling of Aberlour 12-year-old 100% matured in fresh sherry casks and bottled at some point in the early 2000s.

This is very classical Aberlour, once again displaying the distillery's mastery of the gentle sherried end of the Speyside style spectrum, and comes across as a sort of refined, slightly tamed version of the A'bunadh. Aberlour 12-year-old Sherry Cask is hugely earthy, fruity and quaffable stuff and an absolute joy for sherry lovers.
