William Grant & Sons Rare & Extraordinary 25 Year Old
Blended Scotch Whisky 75cl / 43%
An old bottle of William Grant & Sons Rare & Extraordinary 25-Year-Old blended scotch whisky. This is a 75cl bottle released at 43% in the early years of the millennium with tasting notes by Michael Jackson to celebrate the company being awarded Distiller of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition for the second time in 2000, the first time any distiller had won twice.
This exceptional William Grant & Sons 25-year-old Rare & Extraordinary blended whisky was created by Grant's legendary Master Blender David Stewart, who used whiskies aged at least 25 years selected from all over Scotland, but no doubt gave pride of place to Grant's own Balvenie, Glenfiddich and Girvan distilleries. A very highly-rated blend from the master, this bottle is now extremely difficult to get hold of.
