None of that 'Secret Orkney' nonsense from Carn Mor - this 2014 Highland Park 7-year-old is pseudonymed in the old-school way: as Whitlaw, a name plucked from the hills behind the distillery. Although they do give the game away a bit by saying 'Distilled at Highland Park' on the label.

This particular 'Whitlaw' Highland Park 7-year-old is a small batch of casks from the 2014 vintage, finished in STR (Shaved, Toasted Recharred) casks before bottling at the Carn Mor Strictly Limited series' standard strength of 47.5%. No prizes for guessing that this will be a banger.
