VIP Tomatin 2002-2019 | 16 Year Old Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice Single Cask 3180
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 59%
A VIP Exclusive offer. A single cask Tomatin 2002 16-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled back in 2019 without colouring or chill filtration by indie legends Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength series.
Released in Batch 19/060, this 16-year-old Tomatin 2002 matured in a single first fill bourbon barrel Cask 3180 before yielding 189 bottles at its natural cask strength of 59%. We love the whisky that Tomatin produce, and there's no question that despite a welcome recent uplift, the distillery is still massively underrated. This superb example is packed full of classic bourbon cask creamy, sweet, herbal, honeyed flavours and shows excellent development for its age.
