This Whisky of Voodoo High Priest Undisclosed Orkney 8-year-old was finished in first fill wine barrique casks and was a limited edition of 1263 bottles at its natural cask strength of 52.6%. Highland Park's spirit usually has plenty of character at this sort of age, and the cask will have added some cherry and berry flavours, so this looks like a top pick for wine finish fans.
