An old bottle of the original run of Tullibardine 225 Sauternes Finish, which was bottled in 2013 as part of a total revamp of Tullibardine's core range by owners Picard.

To create Tullibardine 225, batches of first fill bourbon cask matured Tullibardine were re-racked into 225 litre Sauternes barrique casks from Chateau Suduiraut, one of the Premier Cru Classe producers of delicious sticky French dessert wine Sauternes, to finish for 12 months before bottling at a hearty 43%.

The Sauternes complements Tullibardine's malt-forward spirit with a melange of lively fresh exotic fruit, and Tullibardine 225 has remained a hugely popular addition to the distillery's range ever since.
