This Italian Collection Tomatin 2010 12-year-old spent a decade in ex-bourbon casks before a two year finishing period in casks that previously held the Italian fortified wine Marsala, and was bottled as a small batch without colouring or chill filtration at the great drinking strength of 46%.

Nose: Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead.

Palate: Flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate.

Finish: Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.
