Nose: Dried mango and lemon peel aromas balanced by cracked black pepper. Rich green apple comes to the fore alongside subtle Demerara Sugar.
Palate: Sweet Seville orange intertwines with ripe banana and chili spice. Bright baked apples complement grapefruit zest and a hint of tobacco.
Finish: Full and slightly dry with pineapple and mature oak.
