A single cask Teaninich 2007 17-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2024 by Signatory Vintage without colouring or chill filtration for their top-of-the-line Symington’s Choice range.

This 17-year-old Teaninich 2007 came from single cask 1, finishing its maturation in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead that yielded 345 bottles at a robust 55.4%. This was one of a pair of sister casks of Teaninich 2007 released simultaneously in the Symington’s Choice series early in 2025 and they look like absolutely amazing value.
