Most whisky fans will already be aware that Signatory Vintage head honcho Andrew Symington knows how to pick a cask of good whisky, and we'd reckon it's a safe bet he can put a great blend togethe. This Symington's 10-year-old blended whisky came from a small batch of sherry and bourbon casks bottled without colouring or chill filtration at a sturdy 46% and looks like ridiculously good value.
