A Strathmill 2016 7-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by Morrison Distillers for their Carn Mor Strictly Limited range.

This 7-year-old Strathmill 2016 came from a small batch of sherry butts and was a limited release of 1721 bottles at Carn Mor Strictly Limited standard strength of 47.5%. Strathmill is one of Diageo's more obscure distilleries, with the majority of its whisky going straight into a vat marked 'J&B', so it's always great to see an indie version. Sherried Strathmills are even rarer, so this one looks like a proper treat.
