From the Starward distillery in Melbourne comes this fascinating 5-year-old single malt, a Starward 2011 aged in a cask that previously held Apera, the Australian term for a sherry-style fortified wine, imparting gorgeous sticky sweet dried fruit flavours to the spirit.

Adelphi bottled this single cask Starward 2011 in 2021 at full cask strength, yielding 248 bottles at 58.9%
