The second batch of Spirit of Yorkshire's Filey Bay IPA Finish English single malt whisky, this was bottled in 2023 at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.

As the name implies, Filey Bay IPA Finish matured originally in ex-bourbon casks for the majority of its ageing, before being transferred to beer barrels that had previously held Barrel Wave India Pale Ale from their sister brewery, Wold Top - which of course makes the ideal accompaniment to this excellent English single malt.
