A splendid old single cask vintage full strength Speyburn 1978 21-year-old bottled in 1999. This is one of a quartet of single casks of 21-year-old Speyburn 1978, all released in the same year.

This 1978 Speyburn came from a single sherry cask which was bottled at its extremely hefty and impressive cask strength of 60.1% and should be an absolute belter of an after-dinner dram. All four of the 1999 releases of the 1978 single casks were tremendous whiskies and are very rarely seen nowadays.
