This Island whisky was matured for 15 years in first-fill bourbon barrel #480 that yielded just 200 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich vanilla aromas combine with coconut and dried banana.
Palate: Sweet flavours of poached pear compliment orange peel and ripe green apple.
Finish: Medium with charred oak and lingering tropical fruit.
