The Haven from Sailor's Home is a triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled at 43% without chill filtration. A mediumweight, easy-drinking Irish pot still whiskey made with malted and unmalted barley and showing lively green fruit flavours alongside some nuttiness and creamy brown sugar from the sherry component.
