Another of Signatory's long-term sherry cask finishes - this time the beneficiary was some 2008 Pulteney that began life in bourbon barrels before being transferred into a fresh sherry butt for an extended 33-month secondary maturation.

Pulteney's spirit can be a great match for sherry casks, balancing some of the sweeter edges with its coastal heft and thread of saline. Knowing the folk at Signatory's nose for a cask, we've got a good feeling about this one.
