This 28-year-old Port Dundas 1995 came from single cask 64932, a bourbon hogshead that yielded 215 bottles at its extremely impressive natural cask strength of 59.7% - this may have been one that was filled at a higher strength rather than being watered down to industry standard, and will probably need a drop of water to really unfurl properly. Either way, the high strength should ensure a pristine flavour delivery for this long-aged single grain.
