A very special Tennessee whiskey launched in the UK by Emporia in late 2021, Peg Leg Porker is an 8-year-old Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Carey Bringle, a renowned American BBQ Pitmaster. The distillery is unnamed but it's more likely to be George Dickel than Jack Daniel's, which is obviously a good thing.

As one would expect for a bourbon conceived for pairing with BBQ food, Peg Leg Porker 8-year-old bourbon has been designed as a full-flavoured, complex whiskey. Peg Leg Porker is filtered after ageing through Bringle's own custom-made hickory charcoal and is bottled at 45% to enable its flavours to stand up to the grilled meat of your choice.
