This 14-year-old Orkney (HP) 2011 100-Proof was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration in 2026 after finishing in a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts at a chunky 57.1% strength, equivalent to 100-Proof in the old UK imperial measurements.
