A small batch Orkney (HP) 2011 14-year-old sherry-finished Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by indie bottlers Signatory Vintage for their splendid 100-Proof Editions series. As with all Signatory's whiskies, this Orkney (HP) was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.

This small batch 14-year-old Orkney (HP) 2011 was finished in first fill Amontillado sherry hogshead casks and was bottled at 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%. Everyone knows what these are now, so don't say you weren't warned after they've run out...
